What are the plans and prices?
HAIRZON has tiers by number of professionals — Solo, Team, Growth and HAIRZON Pro (Multi-location) — with monthly, semiannual (−15%) or annual (−30%) billing. All include the same modules. See current prices at hairzon.com.br/precos.
Does HAIRZON charge fees on payments?
No. HAIRZON does not charge fees on your clients’ payments — HAIRZON never keeps your revenue.
How does billing work?
Your subscription is billed monthly, semiannually or annually by credit card. You receive invoices by email and can manage your plan directly in the platform dashboard.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Switch tiers anytime in the dashboard as your team grows — from Solo to Team, Growth or HAIRZON Pro (Multi-location).
How do I cancel?
No hassle. Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription in the dashboard. There is no lock-in contract and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

How can my client book without downloading an app?
Your client opens a personalized link in their mobile browser — no install required. They can also use the native iOS/Android app with your barbershop branding, if they prefer.
How do membership clubs work?
You create subscription plans (e.g. unlimited cuts, 2 cuts/month) with recurring pricing. The client subscribes via app or link, and billing is automatic. Great for predictable revenue.
How are commissions calculated?
Set the rule once — fixed percentage, per service or by revenue tier. When you close a ticket, HAIRZON automatically calculates each professional’s commission and generates a monthly report.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes, with HAIRZON Pro (Multi-location). Manage multiple locations in one dashboard, with consolidated reports and per-branch views.
Does the app work offline?
The mobile app syncs when connected. Some basic features (viewing today’s schedule) work offline, but bookings and payments require internet.

Support in Portuguese by email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm BRT.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, cloud infrastructure with provider-managed backup policies, and LGPD compliance. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export clients, appointments and financial reports to CSV anytime from the dashboard — even after canceling your subscription.
Does it integrate with other systems?
