What happens after the trial?

When the 14-day trial ends, access is blocked — you can no longer use the platform normally. Three days after the trial ends, the account is automatically suspended. Your data remains saved for 30 more days after the trial ends; during that period, subscribe to your chosen tier to reactivate and resume operations without losing history.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. As your team grows, you can change tiers in the dashboard — from Solo to Team, Growth or HAIRZON Pro (Multi-location), as needed.

Is there a penalty or lock-in contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Cancel whenever you want, with no lock-in contract and no penalty. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Does HAIRZON charge fees on payments?

No. HAIRZON does not charge fees on your clients’ payments — HAIRZON never keeps your revenue.
